A Mid-Summer Treat
We’re making your summer a little sweeter at our July Resident Cooking Class.
Join us and Chef Alex from Big City Chefs on Monday, July 17 when we come together in the main clubhouse to concoct a new and different kind of dessert to delight family and friends at that next cookout or picnic. Create and enjoy roasted stone fruit cornmeal upside-down cake with whipped strawberry yogurt mousse and rose geranium caramel with us!
The fun begins at 6:15 p.m. with a BYOB social hour – Chef Alex recommends sparkling icewine as a perfect complement to the main dish – and we’ll move into the kitchen around 6:45. As always this is a popular community event at Serenity, and registration is required to attend.
