Enjoy pumpkin in a new and different way this October.
You’re invited to join us at our next Resident Cooking Class on Monday, October 16. Chef Alex from Big City Chefs will lead as we prepare pumpkin ricotta with Gorgonzola, Parmesan cheese topped with nutmeg fondue, caramelized Brussels sprouts and crispy sage.
Every cooking event at Serenity begins with a BYOB social hour, starting at 6:15 pm in the main clubhouse. We’ll then move to the kitchen at 6:45 to test out a different spin on a popular seasonal flavor. If you’re considering beverage options, Chef Alex suggests pairing the recipe with a Riesling or Alsatian Gewürztraminer.
