An Amazing April Dessert
How sweet it is to (finally) be the springtime! At this month’s Resident Cooking Class, we’re celebrating with fancy version of a classic dessert.
You’re invited to join us on Monday, April 16 when Chef Alex from Big City Chefs visits the main clubhouse kitchen, and treats guests to Strawberry Shortcake featuring vanilla buttermilk biscuits, roasted local strawberries, whipped crème fraiche and lemon verbena sea salt caramel sauce.
Sound good? Show up early and prepare for the main event with a BYOB social hour, starting at 6:15 p.m. If you want to complement the main course with wine, Chef Alex recommends a late harvest Pinot Gris or a Rosé for the perfect pairing.
