More Fall Flavors At Our November Cooking Class

The recipes chosen for our Resident Cooking Class lately have been no coincidence. We’re following up apples in October with a pumpkin-induced main dish that might surprise you in November.

Enjoy another popular taste of fall – this time in an entree – when Chef Alex from Big City Chefs brings this menu to the main clubhouse kitchen on Wednesday, November 18:

Pumpkin ricotta gnocchi
Gorgonzola cream
Charred brussel sprouts
Brown butter fried sage

Be there for this seasonal spin on a classic Italian dish, accompanied by fresh, unique side selections. The event begins with a BYOB social hour at 6:15 p.m. with the cooking starting at around 6:45.
