Perfect for a Picnic
Spring is in full swing, and it’s time to get outdoors! Our Resident Cooking Class in May will help set you up.
Add light, fresh food and drink to your seasonal menu with the help of Chef Alex and Big City Chefs when we get together for our next event on Monday, May 16.
This month’s recipes are:
- New potato salad with creamy tarragon mustard dressing
- Sugar snap pea salad with goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, preserved lemon vinaigrette
- Strawberry lemon spritzer
As usual we will kick off at 6:15 p.m. in the main clubhouse with BYOB social hour, and then the cooking begins in the kitchen at around 6:45.
