Perfect For Your Next Picnic

Picnic season is here! It’s time to fire up the grill, gather with friends and family, and enjoy some outdoor cooking and eating.

At our May Resident Cooking Class, we’re excited to share two dishes that will be perfect for passing at your next spring or summer event.

Join us on Monday, May 15 in the main clubhouse when Chef Alex from Big City Chefs shares with us:

  • New potato salad with spring onion green goddess dressing
  • Sugar snap pea salad with goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, and preserved lemon vinaigrette
The session begins at 6:15 p.m. with a BYOB social hour, then we will move to the kitchen around 6:45. As these events are among our most popular, registration is required. Simply email with your RSVP as soon as possible.
