Salads, And Fun, At Our Next Event
It seems like the salad options expand, and each blend tastes a little bit better, in the spring and summer time.
Season-appropriate, we’re testing these theories at our May Resident Cooking Class.
Join us and Chef Alex from Big City Chefs on Monday, May 21 in the main clubhouse to learn about and make two new salads: new potato with spring onion green goddess dressing, and sugar snap pea with goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, and preserved lemon vinaigrette.
As usual, arrive early, starting at 6:15, for our BYOB social hour. We’ll move to the kitchen around 6:45. For the perfect salad pairing, Chef Alex suggests along a dry Chardonnay or a Rosé for complementary sipping.
