Spring Forward with a Fresh Meal
The heavy rain has ended, temperatures are beginning to rise, and spring is in the air. At our March Resident Cooking Class, we’re celebrating with a fresh, seasonal dish.
Join us on Monday, March 20 for this month’s event. Chef Alex from Big City Chefs will join us in the main clubhouse kitchen, and will coach attendees on how to prepare risotto of local asparagus with preserved meyer lemon and smoked mascarpone, complemented by carmelized onion bacon jam and crispy parmesan.
The fun begins at 6:15 with a BYOB social hour, and we’ll move to the kitchen around 6:45.
