Join your neighbors and Chef Alex, from Big City Chefs, at this month’s event on Monday, October 21st. He’ll teach residents how to make delicious roasted butternut squash gnocchi, a fondue of roasted garlic, gorgonzola, and parmesan cheese, Lacopi Farms brussels sprouts with bacon, and toasted pecans. You won’t want to miss these recipes!
The fun starts in the main clubhouse at 6:15 with a BYOB social hour, and we’ll head over to the kitchen around 7 p.m. Because these events are very popular in our community, registration is required. For Residents Only.
