Home is where the tart is!
Join us, your neighbors, and Chef Alex from Big City Chefs at this month’s event, scheduled for Monday, September 23rd. We’ll be preparing scrumptious herb tarts with heirloom tomatoes, local chèvre, Dijon mustard, and garden herbs. This will be paired with a salad of baby market lettuces, green beans, radishes, lemon and champagne vinegar. Let’s not forget the hibiscus sun tea with honey and Meyer lemons. You won’t want to miss this recipe.
The fun starts in the main clubhouse at 6:15 with a BYOB social hour, and we’ll head over to the kitchen around 7 p.m. Because these events are very popular in our community, registration is required. For Residents Only.
