Meet the Team
Patrick - General Manager
Patrick was born and raised in San Francisco and attended San Francisco State University where he got a degree in Finance. He has been in property management for over 9 years after being recruited by his brother in 2008. Patrick was recently welcomed back to the Serenity community after being part of the Leasing Team in 2011-2013 and now as General Manager in Summer of 2018. His favorite part about being at Serenity is being part of the community. When Patrick is not at work, you can find him traveling and enjoying the great outdoors. If you need any hiking recommendations, Patrick is a great guy to ask!
Brittany - assistant general manager
Brittany is a Northern California native with roots in Davis. Before working at Serenity, she worked at a gym teaching spin classes and ran her own swim school where she taught swim lessons for 10 years. She came to Serenity in November 2017 after her former property in Santa Rosa was part of the devastation caused by the Tubbs Fire. When Brittany isn’t busy working and befriending the community dogs you can find her road biking, hiking and relaxing at the beach.
armando - maintenance supervisor
Armando is from Central California and hails from Fresno County. His favorite part of working at Serenity is working with a great group of people that are hardworking and friendly. When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his daughters and working on his house. His favorite restaurant in the area in Sol Food in San Rafael.
ALEX - CHEF
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy he began his professional career in 2005 at Moose’s, where he worked his way through all of the restaurant’s line stations. During the next several years, he continued to develop his craft in various positions at Michelin-starred restaurants One Market and Acquerello. In June 2008, Chef Alex began working at local favorite Chow as a sous chef at several of its neighborhood locations, where he prepared seasonal Northern Californian cuisine and eventually oversaw the daily operations of the restaurants.
